Overview of the Patient History Window
You can use the Patient History Window to add and update any patient information.
The Patient History window has a number of useful features:
| Feature | Description | |
| A | Refresh Button | This
button refreshes the contents of the window. This may be used to ensure
that the content of the window is current. |
| B | Name
of the currently selected patient |
When
navigating any list of operations, admissions, or patients, the name and
history visible in the Patient History Window automatically synchronizes
with the selected record. |
| C | Expand
& Contract Buttons |
These
buttons change the size and appearance of the Patient History Window: · expands the window to show the lists · contracts the window to show only the time line |
| D | Insert Button | This
button allows you to insert new details for this patient. |
| E | Legend Button | This
button shows a legend for this window. |
| F | Time Line | The
time line displays a list summarizing the clinical and operative lists of
the patient. The colored time blocks (green for operations, blue for admissions,
yellow for consultations) represent either single days, weeks, months or
years. Time blocks are highlighted if there are any items associated with
the time block. |
| G | The Action List | The
Action List summarizes actions, questionnaires and waiting list items for
the patient. |
| H | History List | The
History List contains entries for each operation, admission, or consultation
for the selected patient. |
| I | Icons | These
icons summarize information relating to actions, quizzes and waiting list
entries. |
